I've not been to this one, but again it looks reasonably easy. Go to Clapham north and walk down the high street towards the common. Take the third road on the right which should be Clapham Manor Street. The pub is at number 68.
Alternatively, get the railway to Clapham High Street. I've no idea where the exit to this station is so if I were you I would print out the map here and use that.
