It look pretty simple to me - go to Old Street tube, and take the Eye Hospital Exit. Head up the City Road and take the 6th turn on the right - it's called something walk. I deleted it on the image before I wrote this. Sorry. Anyway, Underwood Street is the third on the left.
So - 6th right, 3rd left. Simple eh? Bring your A-Z.
