This one looks really simple - go to Tottenham Court Road Tube, and take the exit for Oxford Street south side. Simply walk westbound along Oxford Street, and it should be on your left.
In case this isn't enough, how about trying these brilliant directions from Malc:
The club is on Oxford Street, at the Tottenham Court Road end. It's roughly opposite Virgin Megastore- the doorway is quite nondescript but it does say METRO above it. That's your clue that you're in the right place.
